Your Responsibilities:
- Identifying and approaching suitable potential new customers
- Presenting our company and our manufacturing capabilities
- Establishing new contacts in the industrial sectors relevant to us
Compensation and Collaboration
The collaboration is on a self-employed basis and is exclusively performance-based.
No fixed salary, no monthly base pay, and no lump-sum expense allowance will be paid. The sales representative will receive an attractive commission on new business that they can verifiably demonstrate they have brokered and that has been assigned to our company.
The commission is based on the actual revenue generated and realized. The exact commission rate, the assignment of clients and projects, and the compensation for follow-up orders are specified in a transparent sales representative agreement.
We are therefore not looking for a traditional salaried sales representative, but rather an independent sales partner who will work with us to acquire new customers and share directly in the resulting business success.
