Products
In addition to customised special machines, the product range includes four basic machine models that are used depending on the technology, number of axes and component size. The basic machines are efficiently configured with a laser beam source, processing optics and other components to create a customised overall solution. The manufacturer specialises in laser processes, laser welding, laser hardening and laser deposition welding. However, it also offers to integrate other laser processes. The basic machines offer high flexibility at a good price-performance ratio. The modular system includes both the free and manufacturer-independent choice of laser source and the design as a 3 to 5 axis system. Depending on the basic machine, equipment variants such as rotary axis, rotary swivelling unit, rotary indexing table, tailstock – optionally with force-displacement control – or alternating clamping devices and much more are available. The integration of all individual controls into the CNC control ensures error-free and effortless operation and centralised data backup. With a footprint of 1 square metre up to a dimension (WxDxH) of 2.3m x 2m x 2.7m, components from micro to macro can be machined in the basic machines. The basic machines are characterised by a long machine life thanks to their ability to be converted for new tasks.
