We are an innovative start-up from East Westphalia. Our shareholders include the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. SEKRÈ produces (partly with renowned partners) handmade luxury products in the top category. Sales in this market segment have been particularly stable for years. To date, our range has focused on ladies’ handbags and writing instruments. This product range is gradually being expanded. We operate at the price level of luxury wristwatches – namely between approx. 2,500 and 25,000 euros. Why do customers spend so much money on our products? A fragment of a handwritten letter from a world-famous historical personality (e.g. Marlene Dietrich, Charles Dickens, Brigitte Bardot, King Frederick William III, Grace Kelly, Empress Maria Theresa or Charles Lindbergh) is incorporated into each product in a hidden place (hence the name SEKRÈ). These are actually originals and not copies or facsimiles! This process is protected by copyright and is unique in the world. Each unique piece is individually numbered and recorded in a notarial deed with a photograph. It’s no wonder that over 60% of our customers buy these valuable top-quality pieces as potential investments. (At international auctions, for example, used SEKRÈ handbags have been sold at a premium of several hundred percent). Our products are also highly sought after by collectors. (Our best customer already owns 15 bags, which she keeps in a safe). The exclusive boxes of our writing instruments have just been awarded first prize at the world’s leading trade fair for luxury packaging in Monaco. Buyers and potential distribution partners of our luxury products We want to successfully establish the SEKRÈ brand with premium retailers (including fashion), top hotels, upscale wellness hotels, jewelers, galleries, cruise companies, classic car and yacht dealers and similar luxury providers. These sectors and companies serve precisely the upscale clientele that can afford genuine luxury, wants to distinguish itself in the social environment and is also interested in cultural and historical topics. How we envision the ideal commercial agency In order to develop and support this target group in the best possible way, we are looking for sales representatives for various regions or sectors. Our sales partners should have very good relationships with stationary luxury suppliers and be correspondingly well networked. Ideally, they should speak English as well as possible and enjoy getting their customers excited about the unusual. They should be able to convince their customers that it is more worthwhile than ever to stand out from the usual standard offerings and enter the luxury segment with commitment. After all, interchangeable product ranges have never done any industry any good in the long term. After intensive training, our partners should be able to advise their customers in detail and instruct their staff. We accompany this process. Our commissions and profit margins are above average.
